I DID HAVE A HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Well, it finally got here. The day I had been waiting for, for a long time. I was going to finally see my movie, Nights in Rodanthe. It bother me that the critics got it only 2 stars. I would have given it 5 out of 5 stars. I read the book 2 times and cried. I have went to the movie, knowing what was going to happen and cried. It may be a chick flick, but take your hubby or boyfriend with you. My hubby did not know anything about the book and loved the movie. He said he will take me again to see it. GREAT!

If you read in my previous write up about the filming of it in Rodanthe you will understand why I HAD TO GO SEE THE MOVIE. It is a must see. If anyone does go see it, let me know what you thought about it.

I had a great birthday!!! Thanks to my hubby, some family and friends that went with us and thanks to Nicholas Sparks for writing such a great book. Love them all.

Can't wait to see what Sparks has next in line for me.

Nights In Rodanthe

My husband and I were in town when this movie was being filmed.

Very exciting to know that we were there.

I can not wait for this movie to be shown. The movie is Nights of Rodanthe based on the same title book by Nicholas Sparks. I have read this book twice so far. It is about a doctor that begins a life-altering romance that starts when he stops at an inn on his way to see his estranged son. Richard Gere and Diana Lane star in this movie.

The house above is a picture I took on our way to Ocracoke Island, NC. The house is named Serendipity. It is in the subdivision near Pea Island. This is my idea home. It is a 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms and ocean front. Northermost house on the oceanfront on Hatteras Island, with unobstructed ocean views and sound views from upper floors. Located in Mirlo Beach. Wow, now that is a beach house or should I say a Beach Castle.

In the movie will be a scene of wild horses running on the beach. My husband and I have adopted 3 wild horses from the Outer Banks (OBX), in Ocracoke Island. Which part of the movie is filmed, also.

The opening date for the movie is September 26th. Oh by the way, that is my birthdate. So I have informing my family and friends that I want a dinner party and a movie night. So, I will be there. I CAN'T WAIT.
