Witness
John 5:30-36

I can of mine own self of nothing; as I hear.
I judge: and my judgement is just: because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true.
There is another that beareth witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesseth of me is true.
Ye sent unto John, and he bare witness unto the truth.
But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved.
He was a burning and a shinning light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light.
But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me.

Faith Produces Dependence on God
James 4:13-17

Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow.  For what shall be on the morrow.  For what is your life?  It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
For that ye  ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.
But now ye rejoice in your boastings, all such rejoicing is evil.
Therefore, to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

Daily Bible Scriptures

The Flood Recedes
Genesis 8:6-12

And it came to pass at the end of forty days that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made.
And he sent forth a raven, which went forth to and fro until the waters were dried up from off the earth.
And he sent forth a dove from him to see if the waters were abated from off the face of the ground;
But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him into the ark, for the waters were on the face of the whole earth: then he put forth his hand and took her and pulled her in unto him into the ark.
And he strayed yet another seven days and again he sent forth the dove which returned to him not again unto him any more.
And it came to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth and Noah removed the covering of the ark and looked and behold the face of the ground was dry.

Peter Preaches to the Gentiles
Acts 10:34-38

Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons.
But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ; (he is Lord of all:)
That word, I say, ye know which was published throughout all Judea and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached.
How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power; who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Reminder of Timothy's Responsibilityy
2 Timothy 1:6-8

Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands.
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, not of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God.

Daily Bible Scriptures

Demons Are Cast Out
Luke 4:21-28

And they went into Capernanum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue and taught.
And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.
And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit and he cried out.
Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us?
I know thee who thou art the Holy One of God.
And Jesus rebuked him, saying Hold they peace, and come out of him.
And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him.
And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.
And immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee.
